BARCS Fundraiser a "Mad" Success!BARCS Madness!

A huge crowd packed Mother's in Federal Hill this past Saturday night for the "BARCS Madness" fundraiser.  Thanks to our generous supporters, BARCS raised over $4,000 for the animals!  We would like to thank Dave and Kelly Rather, the owners of Mother's for helping us with the event.  Additional thanks goes out to those who donated items for our Silent Auction, including Cirque du Soleil, Steve Strohecker, Partnership Wealth Management, the Maryland Science Center, Stairstep Kids Photography, and BARCS supporters Nicole Counts and Peter Angle.  We look forward to celebrating again next year!

The BARCS "Get Showered with Love" Special has begun!

Starting Monday April 11th, BARCS is ushering in the Spring season with the "Get Showered with Love" special.  We receive so many animals this time of year, so for a limited time, BARCS is WAIVING the adoption fee for animals that are five years and older.  All other adoptions will be only $40!  So stop by BARCS to adopt that special new family member you've been thinking about.  The special runs from April 11th through April 25th.

Please visit BARCS at 301 Stockholm St. to see over 300 animals or visit BARCS online to view some of our wonderful animals like these cuties and ways that you can donate to help them:
